Conference Fee

The conference fee of EUR 1,350.- (plus 20% VAT) entitles you to the following benefits: Admission to conference, conference materials, refreshments during breaks, lunch and participation in the evening program. Employees of municipal administrations are entitled to a 50% discount.

Payment Conditions

Payment can be done by bank transfer after receipt of invoice or credit card. Your payment will be confirmed after authorization of the issuing credit card institution. Please transfer the total amount of your application, free of charge for the recipient, to the following account:

Kindly make sure, that your conference fee is paid prior to conference start.

Cancellation Terms

If you are not able to participate at viennergy 2009, please inform us immediately in writing. After February 4, 2009, conference fees are not refunded any more. In this case, you are entitled to nominate your personal representative.

Conference Languages

The official conference languages are German and English. Simultaneous translation is forseen for both conference days and for all presentations.

Internet

In the Cyber Center you will have access to internet via one of our internet stations. In Exhibition Centre Vienna a WLAN is installed for your disposal.

Hotel Reservation

A limited hotel room allotment is at the participants disposal in the listed hotels. Kindly mention the key word "viennergy 2009" in order to get the special hotel tariffs. Please make your reservation before February 9, 2009. Afterwards reservations will be handled upon availability.

Registration Terms

The organizer may change the program for unforeseen important reasons. This will not entitle the attendee for any compensation. The current program and further information are accessible under www.viennergy.com. The organizer is not liable for any damage or losses or accidents, affecting persons or property. All participations in excursions are at your own risk. The event can be cancelled due to unforeseen economic reasons. In that case, the paid-in conference fee will be refunded. The organizer is not liable for any data or information provided by speakers.

Photo and/or video sessions taken during the viennergy 2009 are owned by SYMPOS and may be used for promotions and media work. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Austrian law is applied.
